Cancellation Policy

Please book enough time to cover your services. If you are 15 or more minutes late or no call -no show, you will lose your spot and deposit!!! You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. At this time we are not offering same day changes or appointments.  We know things happen, but we have a business to run so please be mindful. We are continuing to take precautionary measures as we must follow strict guidelines to protect not only our staff but also our clients as well.  We ask that you refrain from making appointments if you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 for instance ... •FEVER •SHORTNESS OF BREATH •LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL •DRY COUGH and/or •SORE THROAT Or if you have been exposed to anyone who have like symptoms in the last 7 days or if you’ve been exposed or living with anyone who have been exposed, sick, have compromised health or have been quarantined.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
