Cancellation Policy

Please book enough time to cover your services. If you are 15 or more minutes late or no call -no show, you will lose your spot and deposit!!! You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. At this time we are not offering same day changes or appointments. We know things happen, but we have a business to run so please be mindful. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
