Cancellation Policy

Please book enough time to cover your services. If you are 15 or more minutes late you will lose your spot and deposit! You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at this time we are not offering same day changes or appointments. Nancys nail spa is excited to announce that we are reopening our doors and taking appointments on Monday, May 15th. We are continuing to take extra precautionary measures as we must follow strict guidelines to protect not only our staff but also our clients as well.  We ask that you refrain from making appointments if you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 for instance ... •FEVER •SHORTNESS OF BREATH •LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL •DRY COUGH and/or •SORE THROAT Or if you have been exposed to anyone who have like symptoms in the last 14 days or if you’ve been exposed or living with anyone who have been exposed, sick, have compromised health or have been quarantined.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit if we feel that you have not satisfy our requests.  In addition, we ask that you do not bring any additional guests with you. Please be prompt; however, if you arrive early remain in your vehicle until your designated time. Also, it’s mandatory that masks be properly placed on your face as your enter the premises and all while during your appointment. We will provide masks for purchase if you do not have one.  We have also placed a large bottle of alcohol at the front entrance, so as you enter and exit the spa please use it. There are either alcohol bottles or hand sanitizers throughout the spa for your use.  We apologize for the inconvenience that this virus has caused, and we thank you for your patronage and continued support.
