We completely understand that life happens 💖 To be fair to our team and other guests, we kindly ask for notice if you need to change your appointment. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This helps us protect time that’s been reserved just for you. If something comes up or you have questions, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to help and appreciate your understanding. We’re so happy to have you! To keep appointments running smoothly, nail services over three weeks may need additional care such as repairs or a soak-off (repairs $3–$5 each; soak-off $5–$10; pricing varies by condition). Lash refills with less than 50% remaining may be booked as a full set. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a 50% service charge.
